These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Sendystack — the WordPress plugin, dashboard, and related services (together, the "Service") operated by Sendystack ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or installing the plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sendystack lets you connect your WordPress and WooCommerce content to a private knowledge base, which can power a chat widget on your own site and be exposed — only when you choose to connect it — to AI providers (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini) over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so those assistants can answer questions about your store or surface operational reports to you.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it, including any license key generated for your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: use the Service to violate any law; upload content you don't have the right to use; attempt to circumvent plan limits, license enforcement, or security controls; or use the Service to send spam, malware, or to scrape or resell access to the Service itself.
You retain all rights to the content, product data, and orders you connect to Sendystack ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service — including generating embeddings, serving chat answers, and exposing it through connectors you explicitly enable. See our Privacy Policy for how Your Content is handled.
Connectors to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms rely on those providers' own infrastructure and are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, or output of any third-party AI provider, including answers it generates from data exposed through your connector.
Paid plans are billed in accordance with our Payments Policy. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The Sendystack name, logo, dashboard, and underlying software (excluding the open-source WordPress plugin, which is licensed separately as noted in its repository) are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such ownership to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated answers will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every use — you are responsible for reviewing the guardrails and persona settings available in the dashboard before relying on the Service to interact with customers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sendystack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and deactivate your license at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
Questions about these Terms can be sent via our contact page or to support@sendystack.org.
