This Privacy Policy explains what data Sendystack ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use our dashboard, WordPress plugin, and related services (the "Service"), and how we use, share, and protect it.
We use the information above to operate and improve the Service: answering questions through your chat widget, generating reports for AI connectors you enable, billing your subscription, and providing support. We do not sell your data.
Your store content is only exposed to a third-party AI provider (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) once you explicitly enable a connector for it on the AI Connectors page. We do not share your data with any AI provider you have not connected, and we do not use your content to train our own models. Once data is sent to a third-party AI provider through a connector you enabled, that provider's own privacy policy governs its handling on their end.
The dashboard uses essential cookies/local storage for authentication and session state. The reCAPTCHA widget on our contact form is provided by Google and operates under Google's Privacy Policy.
We retain account and store data for as long as your account is active. Deleting a connected site or your account removes the associated knowledge base data within a reasonable period; some records (e.g. billing history) may be retained longer where required by law.
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted storage and transport, access-controlled databases, and per-account isolation — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access, export, or delete most of your data directly from the dashboard. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational limitations.
Our infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud) may process and store data in regions outside your own country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
