About Sendystack

We think every store deserves an AI manager.

Sendystack started from a simple observation: shoppers were already asking ChatGPT and Claude about products — stores just had no way to answer back.

The problem we saw

WordPress and WooCommerce power a huge share of the web's stores, but the way people shop is shifting — more conversations are starting inside an AI assistant before they ever reach a search engine or a storefront. A store with no presence in that conversation simply isn't part of it, no matter how good its website is.

What we built

Sendystack is a WordPress plugin paired with a dashboard that turns your store's content, products and orders into a knowledge base any AI provider can query through MCP (Model Context Protocol) — the open standard Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini all support for connecting to outside tools and data.

That knowledge base does two jobs at once:

Our approach

Your data stays yours

Nothing syncs to an AI provider until you explicitly connect it. No training data, no resale — see our Privacy Policy.

Open standards, not lock-in

Built on MCP, the same open protocol Anthropic, OpenAI and Google all support — not a proprietary integration you're stuck with.

Minutes, not migrations

Sendystack installs like any WordPress plugin. No replatforming, no developer required.

Fair, transparent pricing

Every plan — including the free Starter tier — includes full AI-provider connectivity. No "AI add-on" upsell.

Built by a builder

Sendystack is built and maintained by Dominic Tanui, a software developer based in Kenya. The project is open-source — you can read every line of the WordPress plugin at github.com/sendystack/chat.
